These homemade cakes have been created with a lot of thoughts of feelings. I may not be a professional baker, but I do enjoy flavors and love recreating some of my memories through them. Most of all, I love that you love my homemade, baked from scratch cakes, which is great because I love making them for you. That is my most favorite part of it all. It keeps me alive.

A rich fusion of dark and medium chocolate –– creating an incredibly moist cake; topped with a chocolate icing that has just the right amount of sweetness and compliments the bitterness of the cake. Eat it warm or cold. Bitter and sweet never blended this good!

Red Velvet with Triple Creme Brie

Swoon-worthy by the spoonful! Velvety moist cake with a hint of cocoa, topped with whipped triple brie and cream cheese, then finished off with white chocolate curls. Absolutely beautiful. inside and out.

Tiramisu

Starts with a base layer of almond cake, followed by coffee-soaked vanilla wafers and a generous spread of Bailey's coffee liquor infused mascarpone cream filling, then dusted with Ghirardelli cocoa powder and finished off with some dark chocolate curls.

Milk and Cookies, a Tres Leches cake.

This is possibly my new favorite. The addition of chocolate chip cookies at the bottom of the cake adds excitement and definitely flavor to this classic favorite. This cake uses four kinds of milk and it goes into the vanilla sponge cake and seeps into the chocolate chip cookie. Ohmy sweet lawd. The light sweet cream frosting on top with some chocolate chip cookie bits and candied pecans takes this cake all the way home...to your heart.

Banana Cake like grandma would make, only this blossomed into one magnificent cake. Moisture-rich cake made from bananas aged to a “blackened” perfection.

The cake is enrobed in a light and airy whipped mascarpone frosting and garnished with homemade candied pecans for a delightful texture.

A Vegan cake to end all Vegan cakes. AND it is CHOCOLATE! Complex and rich flavors from 100% pure cocoa: a blend of medium and dark. It’s not too sweet and not too bitter either.

It’s just delicious. So good that even non-vegans love them!

Honestly, it’s quite hard to tell the difference.
